Guild history and reasons for leaving:
Have been in many guilds on proudmoore and rexxar but they seem to fall apart or are no the environment i like to play in. I want to change servers because rexxar is a dying server full of lazy people not willing to put in the time to kill content.

Play time availability:Pretty much any day of the week, but i am generally buisy on the weekends during they day.

Do you have Ventrilo and, ideally, a microphone? Yes, like to be on vent a lot and chat with others.

Do you have a reliable internet connection? Yes

Raid experience, in vanilla, BC, and in WLK (include how much of the instance you've seen and which guilds you raided with): I have been in several guilds some 25 man guilds and some 10 man guilds which i am currently in. Didnt do much in pre BC or in BC. Have cleared Naxx 10/25, OS 10/25 (both on 3D as well), EOE 10/25, Ulduar 10 up to yogg and 25 up to mimron, TOC 10/25 norm full clear, TOGC 10 4 bosses and TOGC 25 none. ICC 11/12 on 10 man normal and 6/12 on 25 man normal (this is because of people not wanting to put in the time). As well as one HM Gunship 25 man.

Also, please answer the following questions in a few sentences or so:

1. Cenarius has many excellent raiding guilds. Why are you choosing to app to DE, instead of any other guild on the server? What are your goals in DE? Why should we tag you and what qualifies you to be in DE? (Note to server transfers: answer this question particularly thoroughly) Well I have been looking at my old server Proudmoore and this one because of their great raiding status. I have looked closely at many of the guilds on this server and DE seems to be one of the top raiding guilds that i would enjoy joining. My goals in DE would to be able to clear current content instead of having to clear it a year later like Uld hard modes and be able to enjoy a freindly environment un like the one i am transfering from. I am a well dedicated person when it comes to having fun and enjoy playing this game, because of all the people i get to meet all over the world on a dialy basis.

2. What do you use as your secondary spec (you do have one, right?), and how do your talent choices in that spec potentially benefit the raid? Which of the roles are you mainly interested in - would you possibly be interested in taking different roles within a raid depending on encounter? Do you have the gear to support this second spec? I use Survival as my secondary spec for raiding as on some fights where there are plenty of MM hunters the mana talents in the tree help to make the raid last longer if needed. I have a tank that is almost 25 man icc ready but as for my hunter I am only dps but am great with kiting adds in many raids and am a very good dps as i pull about 10-11k dps in 25 man icc on average. I currently can go SV to MM really easily as I am gemmed all agillity for now but would like to all arp and stay full MM, but am willing to take any suggestions. My DK is currently only a tank.

3a. What stats and criteria do you use when gemming your gear - do you always, sometimes, or rarely satisfy socket bonuses? I go for socket bonuses if they are a benefit to my toon , but for the most part i gem all agility (would like to go all arp).

3b. What are two things you could do *outside of raids* to improve your character and really make your Armory profile stand out from someone of the same class and progression?
I mlike to pvp a lot with my freind Sparticcus (who is also apping) to help get more awareness as to what is going on in my surroundings as this helps for raid awareness as well.

3c. What two non-set, non-weapon items from Icecrown-25 are best for your class and main spec, and why? I would have to say my trinkets are the most difficult to obtain for a dps and i have aquired Death Bringers Will and thw Whispering Fang Skull. The procs on the trinkets as well as the equip are very good for the hunter as they provide crit and arp which are very great for my class.

4. Raiding requires a certain mentality and attitude towards approaching a fight. Are you able to take criticism and suggestions about your spec, gear, or play, and are you able to learn to change or adjust accordingly? Are you able to critically look at a given attempt and see what went wrong, and what could be improved? Do you show up with a positive attitude, a willingness to cooperate with your peers, and the required consumables and knowledge of the fights ahead? I am a person always striving to learn more about what i am doing as a dps and a raider to benefit the whole guild or raid i am in. I take a lot of criticism from my freinds and does not bother me. I am always looking for new ways to make me a better dps and a better raider, so i am always open to suggetions for any kind of improvment.

5. What are our raid times, and what kind of attendance (percentage-wise) can you hold? Did you read and understand the stickies posted in our forums? 6-1030 server time, I will be able to make it a good 90% of the time but as i said i am ususally buisy on the weekends. I live in Alaska so i am 1 hour behind u guys.

6. Is there anything else about yourself or your character that you'd like to share (i.e. tradeskills, pvp, special circumstances, anything we left out)? I like to do all the achievents i can and strive to paly in a freindly environment where i can enjoy myself and others. Always willing to help in anyway i can to benefit others in the guild and myself.
