Guild history and reasons for leaving: On Nazgrel, Disillusioned - went 6/12 and guild broke up because of summer raids...yayy! And then E X C L U S I O N where I went 10/12 and we broke up to, you guessed it, summer raiding schedule conflicts.

Raid experience, in vanilla, BC, and in WLK (include how much of the instance you've seen and which guilds you raided with): Im a burning crusades wow member. join right after expansion where i cleared all raids with the exception of Sunwell where i went 5/6. Wrath I cleared Naxx, EOE, and Sarth. i have little ulduar experience and cleared TOC. In ICC I am 10/12.

Also, please answer the following questions in a few sentences or so:
1. Cenarius has many excellent raiding guilds. Why are you choosing to app to DE, instead of any other guild on the server? What are your goals in DE? Why should we tag you and what qualifies you to be in DE? (Note to server transfers: answer this question particularly thoroughly) Well for about a month now I have been looking for a serious raiding guild. But if you know anything about Nazgrel, we are one of the worst servers in WoW. So, after looking for about two weeks on my server, i decided it was useless and found your link on the fourms. What I was most excited about was your raid times because I work in the day and being that you guys would start at 9 my time, I would have time to eat and what not before raids where as before I would have to rush home to make my usual 6pm raid time. I also am very dedicated and would love to get to know you guys!
2. What do you use as your secondary spec (you do have one, right?), and how do your talent choices in that spec potentially benefit the raid? Which of the roles are you mainly interested in - would you possibly be interested in taking different roles within a raid depending on encounter? Do you have the gear to support this second spec?
Well I am mainly demo, for to OP raid wide buff that will really help out the raid in general. I am also affliction when needed in low DPS fights with small cast opportunities like Sindragosa and Blood Princes. In my former guild I was on ORb Control during the Blood Prince encounter after I tried tanking Kel but we found DK tanking it was simpler. I wouldnt mind giving tanking a try again if needed.
3a. What stats and criteria do you use when gemming your gear - do you always, sometimes, or rarely satisfy socket bonuses?
I try to utilize all my socket bonuses if they are of use to me. SP > HASTE > SPIRIT > CRIT is what I stand by.
3b. What are two things you could do *outside of raids* to improve your character and really make your Armory profile stand out from someone of the same class and progression? Well, I didnt usually have time to do some of the more "fun" achievements before but now with my 4 hour gap between work and raids, I can now work on raising my fishing and cooking definitely and some vanilla wow raids would be fun as well.
3c. What two non-set, non-weapon items from Icecrown-25 are best for your class and main spec, and why?
Well as for all casters, Dislodged Foreign Object from Rotface would be awesome for my haste. And also Sindragosa off hand would be nice as well. I am currently working on my haste now.
4. Raiding requires a certain mentality and attitude towards approaching a fight. Are you able to take criticism and suggestions about your spec, gear, or play, and are you able to learn to change or adjust accordingly? Are you able to critically look at a given attempt and see what went wrong, and what could be improved? Do you show up with a positive attitude, a willingness to cooperate with your peers, and the required consumables and knowledge of the fights ahead?
Yes, I am always up for suggestions. I find myself watching and reading many different strategies on how to play Demo Locks. Also before attempting fights I will watch countless videos and get different perspectives of the fight. So to answer your question, yes. i am always trying to fill my book with more skills.
5. What are our raid times, and what kind of attendance (percentage-wise) can you hold? Did you read and understand the stickies posted in our forums?
6-1030, PST which for my that would mean 9-130 EST. Now I know it may seem late, but I usually dont head to until 12 anyways, so one hour wont hurt much.
6. Is there anything else about yourself or your character that you'd like to share (i.e. tradeskills, pvp, special circumstances, anything we left out)?
